An immigration Evaluation, also known as an Immigration Psychological Evaluation, is a mental health assessment done by mental health professionals to help support an immigration case.

  • My total fee for the immigration evaluation is $1,000. A deposit of $300 is required to book the first appointment since this is a timeframe that will be reserved for you. At the first session, 50% of the remaining amount will be collected. The remaining fee will be collected at the second session. Please note, the Immigration Evaluation will only be provided if the total fee has been received in full.

    $500 additional fee for expedited evaluation within 7 days.

  • You can expect to receive the complete immigration evaluation in 2-3 weeks after the second session is completed. This allows sufficient time to detail the information discussed in the two sessions and edit the information.

    Expedited turn around is available for an additional fee. $500 additional fee for expedited evaluation within 7 days.

  • Please note that the immigration psychological evaluations are intended to provide expert support for your legal case, but I cannot guarantee a specific outcome. The final decision is up to the relevant authorities and our evaluation is just one aspect of the overall legal process.

  • Unfortunately, I cannot provide therapy services after we complete this process. I will be happy to provide referrals if you wish to receive ongoing therapy.
